Facebook's Global Business Marketing, Scaled Solutions team is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to support our Partnerships organization. This role will partner with the Media Partnerships team and will focus on launching multichannel marketing campaigns. This role will help drive demand for culturally-relevant content, promote educational opportunities, and build a cross-channel online presence supporting media partners.
The Digital Marketing Manager will partner across a broad cross-functional team to support omni-channel digital activations and develop powerful data-driven insights and optimizations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions supporting media partners across public figures, creators, and media publishers.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience working across a multitude of digital channels including web, social, display, email, and search and will possess very strong data, analytics, and reporting skills. This role will partner closely with a multitude of internal and external cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, engineering, and agencies.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
* Possess both strategic and effective marketing skills driving digital strategy, execution, and results
Define audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results in context of the customer journey and user flows
Oversee cross-channel, integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, media buying and tracking, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review
Understand and communicate basic design principles to create breakthrough digital creative in partnership with our brand and design teams
Build and execute integrated media and digital strategy & plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive awareness, consideration and adoption of products, apps and services
Utilize analytical ability to evaluate and improve end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
Maintain a deep understanding of website experiences and identify unique opportunities to leverage content, creative, and technology that may drive or influence campaign execution
Project manage and coordinate digital campaign operational efforts across channels, including managing agency, vendor relationships
Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams
Run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels to analyze and improve performance against business KPIs
Collaborate and build relationships with broad cross-functional partners including brand and design, marketing, engineering, analytics, product, and external partners and agencies
* 8+ years experience in digital marketing
Experience with problem solving and analytical skills including conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, data visualization, developing hypotheses, synthesizing insights & recommendations
Experience leading and managing global SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience with various Facebook Interfaces: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights
Experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution)
Experience working with ad serving tools and DSPs (e.g., Google DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
Experience presenting ideas to groups of stakeholders
Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
Experience with digital marketing and digital measurement latest trends and best practices
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
Facebook Digital Marketing Association Certification
