We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office Manager duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Office Manager Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain a professional business-like office atmosphere Welcome visitors and vendors, answer questions and refer to proper departments Purchase and stock office supplies, paper and copy machine supplies, etc. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Organize office operations and procedures Maintain work station and equipment in a safe and organized manner Reconcile and submit expense reports Assist with Onboarding process for New Hires Maintain office policies as necessary
What we look for in an Office Manager: Team Player and Independent worker Ability to Multi-task with strong time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and Solution-oriented attitude Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Experience – 1-3 years Preferred
