In this job, you'll be responsible for research, analysis, configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Management modules and reporting related to enterprise-wide succession planning, performance management, goal management, and development planning. Leveraging best practice technology solutions to continually upgrade and enhancement. Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on TM SF modules, upgrades, configuration, and reporting/analytics. Act as an internal consultant to other HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners and senior management to respond to questions on module functionality, as well, troubleshoot SF system-related issues, process consultation and provide ad-hoc reporting support. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright! * Think creatively and strategically to make SF module enhancement recommendations and manage day to day module operations. * Collaborate and consult with HR business partners and other internal HRIS partners to configure modules, resolve problems, and improve the adoption and integration of SF TM modules. * Responsible for the ongoing review, testing and validation of TM SF modules and quarterly SuccessFactors releases. * Design, validate and implement reports to support TM processes as well as deliver training on SF functionality to the organization. Qualifications The essentials * Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Information Technology or related field. * Seven (7) years of HR system project or program management experience including configuring and maintaining SF TM modules including succession and/or performance through multiple business cycles. The preferred * Experience with additional SF TM modules including continuous performance management, goals, development, mentoring, and/or 360 assessments. * Work cross functionally within a large complex organization including IT, IT security, and internal HRIS partners.
