In this job, you'll oversee performance improvement initiatives for enterprise-wide efforts. The advisor will partner closely with stakeholders to define improvement objectives and align to support the transformation of our learning culture focused on quality, continuous improvement and learning in the flow of work. The successful candidate will have a passion for operational effectiveness and manage strategy and execution of recommendations for operational excellence. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright! * Provide leadership for the development and execution of learning culture initiatives specific to the improvement of quality and performance effectiveness * Provide project management and functional direction to the project team including oversight of learning and communications channels that improve operational effectiveness * Lead the research, development, planning, design, communication, and marketing of initiatives that enhance the organization's learning culture * Develop and deliver executive reports with process improvement and recommendations to improve quality and effectiveness of digital learning solutions Qualifications The essentials * 7 years of experience leading efforts related to driving strategy that improve quality, communications, and/or performance related to strategic priorities * Ability to lead and prioritize multiple duties/projects with minimum supervision * Strong written and verbal communication using multiple collaboration tools that improve quality and engagement The preferred * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, HR or equivalent work experience * Certificate in project management * Experience in process improvement, communication, and evaluation tools * Ability to work well under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, organize a heavy workload, take ownership, and follow through on all assignments You should know * Visit our Candidate Resource page to get meaningful information related to benefits, perks, resources, testing information, and hiring process, and more! * This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to continue through the selection process will be invited to test via email.
