The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in DocuSign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.As part of the GTM Finance Team, this role will act as the key finance partner to DocuSign's global Customer Success organization. The individual will be responsible for performing financial analysis and modeling, designing and preparing the financial plans and budgets, as well as analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to management. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high growth environment. The ideal candidate would have 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong business acumen, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Director, Customer Success FinanceResponsibilities* Act as a key advisor to the Customer Success organization and provide financial leadership and analytical support on P&L projections, new business opportunities and strategic investments* Own revenue forecasting for Customer Success and provide guidance on growth and productivity levers to execute against plan* Develop strategic insights of churn performance and lead projections of company net retention rates* Implement robust scenario modeling to optimize resource allocation and economics in support of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts* Partner with global Customer Success leaders on defining key metrics and tracking performance, and provide recommendation on operational plans* Facilitate cross-functional alignment with the company's accounting, sales operations and analytics teams for the month-end and quarter-end close reporting and variance analysis, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results* Prepare presentations on financial performance and forecasted results to Senior Management and assess near-term and long-term opportunities and risk* Partner with corporate finance as a subject matter finance expert for Customer Success in long-range planning exercisesBasic Qualifications* BA or BS in business, finance, economics or accounting* Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance with emphasis on forecasting planning, financial analysis, and financial modeling with relevant work experience as a FP&A business partner or a similar rolePreferred Qualifications* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint). Advanced modeling skills required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Demonstrated collaboration and proactive consultation skills.
