Dine Brands IT group has an immediate opening on our Brand Management Team. The position requires an ability to create, build and strengthen the relationships between DINE BRANDS Technology and our brands. Relationship Managers are responsible for offering the full line of DINE BRANDS technology Services, making strategic recommendations to move our brands into the future.Responsibilities:* Conduct Franchisee Satisfaction Reviews and coordinate all brand related efforts on the franchisee's behalf* Function as the brands escalation point, coordinating internal support teams' efforts as needed to resolve customer issues with satisfaction* Serve as a strategic liaison between different DINE BRANDS groups in order to facilitate world class customer service* Proactively and effectively manage brand relationships in order to meet or exceed annual sales goals. Includes understanding your brands current and future needs in order to maintain Dine Brands full line of technology platforms within IT Services.* Meet with appointed brand, partner and franchisees, both in person and via phone, on a regular basis to ensure that all of their needs are being met* Conduct quarterly business reviews* Review and deliver Monthly Reports to IT leadership on the health of the relationshipSkills & Requirements:* Personal Character: Ability to build trustworthy and lasting relationships with internal and external partners. Uphold DINE BRANDS values and create a collaborative working environment where our franchisees, brands and DINE BRANDS are successful* Personal Leadership: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, ability to managed change and conflict, takes responsibility for one's successes and mistakes* Essential Relationship Management Skills: Prioritization and organization of tasks and objectives, excellent time management skills, ability to influence others to ensure initiative completion as outlined* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Desire to be a continuous learner* Willingness to travel up to 15-20%* Information Technology background preferred* Understanding of the retail or restaurant product line and technology* Understanding of Agile and other technology processes* Understanding of the hospitality service industry* Prior Project or Relationship management experience* Ability to work in fast paced, rapidly changing environment and a high-level attention to detail* Expert at MS Office applications
