This education was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.Possession of the requirements must be verifiable via SUBMITTING A COPY of the complete transcripts, degree, or diploma with your application.For the GS-0679-05, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:* Scheduling appointments and referring patients to appropriate section for appointments or treatment;* Communicating with patients to obtain factual information;* Performing medical office automation duties; AND* Utilizing medical terminology to transcribe entries into medical records.Or Successful completion of four years (120 semester hours) above high school in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite.
