This person should have a team-oriented attitude, be proactive, and have a strong voice to manage and lead their social media initiatives. A successful community manager will be engaging, understand cultural trends, be proud of the work delivered…and love food!DAY-TO-DAY* Manage and lead the day-to-day conversations within social media platforms.* Effectively communicate and present the agency/client's campaign vision.* Ability to effectively work independently with direction from the agency team.* Provide agency/client with editorial calendars and content recommendations* No fear of juggling multiple projects at any given time, and being able to easily switch gears and adapt to an ever-changing discussion.REQUIREMENTS* 2+ years of experience managing brand and/or celebrity social media channels* Ability to work nights/weekends, which will be a large portion of the hours needed.* Strong grammar and copywriting skills.* Strong project management skills.* Deep understanding of Facebook and Twitter analytics, and the ability to present recommendations for content optimization.* Proficient in verbal and written language of Tagalog is a plus
