Whatever comes next, we make sure life comes first!The Manager, Marketing is directly responsible for leading Radiometer America's team of local Product Managers and Inside Sales Associates (including the Sales Academy). They will also support strategic and annual business planning, along with driving the execution of the business's annual marketing strategy.What role will you play?* Participate in segmentation, market analysis, and forming Marketing plan to support annual strategic objectives at Radiometer America (RAME)* Lead and plan national Tradeshows (ex. Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo (AACC), American Association Respiratory Care (AARC))* Directly lead the Product (ABL, TC, Service, AQURE) and Inside Sales (including Sales Academy) teams, with focus on achieving functional key performance indicators* Foster alignment between Transformative/Digital Marketing capabilities and Inside Sales team through lead generation and conversion of Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)* Lead all aspects of the Inside Sales Academy - support/adapt training curriculum toward Radiometer America product portfolio, grow sales skills (prospecting and value selling), champion sales mentors for Academy associates, utilize DBS, and prepare candidates for graduation to a Field Sale Representative role* Assist Marketing leader in building Launch Excellence from the Product Manager team and be passionate about new product launches in accurately targeted market segments* Support Product Managers in crafting and presenting product allocation plans to internal associates and external customers* Serve as Customer Experience (CX) team member and support all relevant initiatives of the team* Run company communications and advertising, sales promotion program and product training in accordance with Marketing, Advertising, Promotional, Sales and Scientific (MAPSS)* Collaborate in product development and other marketing activities with Radiometer Medical as required* Lead local MAPSS training/education, and compliance* Help our team to develop and maintain an effective and engaged Marketing organization by driving continuous improvement through use of the Danaher Business Systems (DBS), and accountability to strategic and tactical marketing objectivesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Science related field, 6-8 years experience of growing responsibility, or MBA with 3-5 years of increasing experience* MBA strongly preferred* The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in medical device industry* Experience growing and leading a team required (3+ years)* Experience setting multi-year upstream Marketing strategy, being responsible for execution of downstream activities* Experience launching new products* Producing results in metric/data driven environment* Building effective working relationships, international experience preferred* Full MS office suite* Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience preferred* Ability to travel 20%Diversity & InclusionAt Danaher, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
