The program is focused on providing students with original pharmaceutical development projects, based on business need. You'll do meaningful work that has a real impact on our business and patients worldwide. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Statistical Science Internship Program is focused on providing students with robust projects. You'll do meaningful statistic research work that has a real impact on our business and patients worldwide in the following areas (but not limited to): Statistical methodologies for the first-in-human clinical trial of oncology drugs Bayesian decision rules in the clinical decision making New clinical trial paradigms (e.g. umbrella and basket trials) for early oncology development Strong academic performance. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (4.0 Scale) Enrolled in a graduate level program in Statistics or Biostatistics or related program at an accredited university Familiar with Bayesian methods and highly skilled in R programming preferred. Return to university for at least 1 semester post-internship Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now and in the future (Students on an F1 visa with CPT can be considered for the Experiential Intern Program) Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
