Qualifications: Necessary skills for this role include: * Great leadership & decision making skills * Extreme service focus and willingness to be helpful * Excellent communication & problem solving skills * Excellent customer service Experience and education minimum requirements: * High school graduate/GED * One year of clerical experience and six months multi-line telephone operation Preferred experience: * 911 dispatch, using Computer Aided Dispatch software program, CCTV surveillance and/or POST dispatcher's course.
