This will include identifying the data sources and developing visualization of that data to drive decisions and process improvements.You will be responsible for developing operational reporting capabilities, working with partner teams on ad-hoc analyses, and providing strategic support to the WWFO organization. You will also be responsible for developing standardized metrics and reporting for the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Build actionable analytics that uncover growth opportunities and accelerate revenue.Automate and augment dashboards that transform into operating scale.Drive adoption by delivering self-service reporting and training team members.Guide business teams on how to meet their business requirements using data to get desired results.Run various regular and ad hoc analysis of key sales data including productivity, pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, territory planning.Validate data for integrity, quality and accuracy.Work with various business teams to improve Sales BI reporting and analytics.Partner closely with the data warehouse team to architect data driven solution to operations reporting requirements.Support Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Cadence of Operating Deliverables.QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Business Management or Finance discipline.3-5 years of experience in sales strategy or sales analytics.Extensive experience doing data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support and drive business decisions.Expertise in forecast management, pipeline management, analytics, and reporting.Expertise and knowledge of sales operations and enterprise sales models, including multi-channel distribution.3-5 years of advanced Tableau experience.Extensive knowledge of systems and processes including: SFDC, Clari, Anaplan, G-Suite & MS Office.
