The Nurse Manager of ICU will report to the Nurse Director of Critical Care. A collaborate team of Physicians, ICU Clinical Educators, Critical Care Specialists, and staff of nurses will help determine appropriate patient care. The Critical Care Nurse Manager will be in charge of ensuring that ICU staff continue to develop and achieve established hospital standards of care. This hospital is looking for a Critical Care Nurse Manager who can empower teams to embrace and implement change that will improve clinical, operational, and financial performances.
The ICU Nurse Manager will oversee the 24-bed departments resources, daily operations, staff education, patient satisfaction, and will address areas needing performance improvements. The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will also be responsible for external regulatory and survey requirements to ensure this high acuity hospital unit is always running at survey ready levels.
