Your Team Working closely with the regional BTP Sales Manager, he/she will build and execute a channel development plan for the region. Identify, develop and expand relationships with new and existing partners (VAR, SI, MSSP) and Distributors to create a heterogeneous channel ecosystem to increase sales of BTP solutions covering all the segments, verticals, territories. Your Impact & Responsibilities * Training, mentoring, and motivating channel partners in the assigned territory * Generating additional demand through partner events * Studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management, monitoring pricing policies * Training and mentoring CP Channel Account Managers and fostering relationships between channel partners and sellers. * Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with Focus Partners, including marketing activities to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues. * Manage sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives and maintain sales records and reports * Perform regular business reviews and recommend improvements * Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion #LI-SU1 Your Knowledge & Skills * 1+ years of experience working in a Sales environment; high tech company experience highly preferred * Academic background in Business /Economics/Communications /Marketing /Management * Presentation skills experience highly preferred * Must have confidence in presenting in front of an audience (face to face and virtually), including C-level * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages - an advantage) * Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues * Ability to work effectively in an overlay role across internal and external organizations * Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality, very organized and service-oriented * Prior background in understanding the sales process and channel driven business - A major advantage * Technical background is - A major advantage * Willingness to travel extensively within their own territory * Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled Apply for this Position
