Sr Employment Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Sr Employment Recruiter.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to execute innovate sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research to meet RI&S talent demands.• Experience in finding and engaging candidates with high level security clearances, up to and including TS/SCI + Poly.• Documented experience successfully recruiting/hiring highly skilled technical professionals (including but not limited to: SW Engineers, Reverse Engineers, SW Developers, Test Engineers, Cloud Developers, Web Developers, SW System Engineers, Linux Engineers...).• Responsible for developing and nurturing a pipeline of highly cleared talent within designated niche or functional specialty. The objective of this proactive work is to develop a bench-strength of ready now talent for customer needs for immediate access/submission to open requisitions or for proactive exploratory searches.• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to generate leads, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.• Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure continued identification and movement of candidates through the use of candidate relationship development activities, programs and communication strategies (Avature CRM experience preferred).• Conduct thorough screen with candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications and ensure timely and accurate documentation.• Act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the technology category while partnering with Recruiting business owners. Identify and capture relevant talent or technology trends and market intelligence; make recommendations to drive change and/or enhancements.
Required Skill Sets:
* Minimum of 5 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience.•2+ years' experience with Boolean logic or similar technically astute skills in the external recruiting industry, developed passive recruiting skills, i.e.: cold calling, training in behavioral interviewing assessment, proven experience and success building pipelines and employment branding.•3+ years' experience working with a CRM tool and/ or other web based recruiting tools.•Experience sourcing for DE&I initiatives.
Desired Skill Sets: Experience with Avature (CRM), ATS (Workday) preferred
* Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives and generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines• Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions and business units• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships• Strong organizational skills
Education Level Required:
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience•Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience•Associates degree and 11+ years of related experience•High school diploma and 13+ years of related experience
