Implement strategies for the promotion and the expansion of the outpatient Imaging services for specific target groups including physicians, offices, institutions and businesses. Responsible for specialty imaging relationship building and customer retention. Regularly utilizes Tableau referral database to identify opportunities and develop strategies for retention and growth, as well as monitoring trends in the marketplace. * Implements marketing strategies and programs for the assigned target groups. Contributes to a high functioning team. Also works with staff within and outside the department and across the organization. * Identifies marketing opportunities within your defined marketplace. Routinely updates contact management database. * Organizes and coordinates Marketing events, activities, and/or projects. * Investigates and facilitates resolution of related issues or problems. * Tracks and monitors the success of marketing strategies and/or programs. * Assists in the development of educational programs and materials for patients and physician office personnel which emphasizes the user friendliness of CSMC Imaging Department, ways to simplify access to services and what patients can expect when seen for Imaging procedures. Investigates complaints or dissatisfaction and facilitates resolution. Assists in the training of new marketing personnel. * Acts as a liaison to patients and/or patient families as needed. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field required. A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Marketing related area, preferably in a healthcare or medical industry required. Why work here?
