Asst Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description and Qualification:
Greeting customers, sorting mail, answering phone calls
Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
Be able to multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced retail environment
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Should be able to work a varied schedule including Saturdays
Must be professional, punctual, dependable, resourceful, reliable, enthusiastic team player
Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Our Specialist will provide superior class of service which includes:
Consultation and complete handling of document needs for clients seeking a passport.
Developing relationships with customers.
Communicates clear and realistic expectations to customers time frame, cost estimates, issues,etc.
Advises the customer of any issues and ensure the client is aware of any escalations. Works with both the customer and client to resolve issue; takes ownership of relationship and ensure satisfactory closure.
Maintains appropriate files through accurate data submission and records retention.
Updates customer profiles and ensures notes, support documents, and communications are entered on time.

Customer service experience in other fields is a plus.
