You will own high visibility projects to improve win rate and increase awareness of our products. Product Marketing is responsible for enabling the rest of the company and making sure our products are aligned with the market and that our sales team effectively communicates our unique value.A successful Product Marketing Manager has both the soft skills to interact with customers and the sales team as well as an aptitude for understanding and explaining technical concepts in a simple way. They are thought leaders in the company and in the market.Responsibilities:* Deeply understand market problems in order to support messaging/positioning around our core differentiators* Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to close deals. Be part of their deal teams by providing thought leadership, assisting with business cases* Act as first point of contact of sales & marketing for product related questions* Research the competitive landscape and build competitive collateral for the company* Work with the product and the campaigns teams to achieve specific goals with product feature launches* Develops programs and tools to increase sales effectiveness (e.g. improve deal conversion or improve awareness)* Provide guidance on positioning and thought leadership to the content team via case studies* Be knowledgeable about Bloomreach products and help develop marketing materials (e.g. demo scripts, whitepapers, blogs, product press releases, etc.) to articulate our value to prospective customers, partners and analysts* Participate in product strategy discussions and go-to-market plansQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or technical field* 5+ years experience working in product marketing, consulting, product management, or customer success* Aptitude for understanding and communicating technical concepts to others in a simple way* Excellent time-management and project management skills. Ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously* Ability to own projects end-to-end (research, assessing risks, evaluating alternative solutions, and coordinating execution)* Technical proficiency a plus (e.g. marketing to IT, experience in IT or development)* Superb communication and writing skills.
