We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support our leasing and portfolio reporting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparing, aggregating and reporting of monthly and quarterly materials used by senior management, the board of directors and investors to evaluate performance and operational trends. Responsibilities * Prepare, review and analyze historical asset level and portfolio key performance metrics primarily related to the company's leasing activities for both internal and external users including management, the board of directors and investors * Assist in the preparation and aggregation of portfolio and asset level leasing performance and metrics for investor reporting materials and presentations * Collaborating with multiple departments to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and quarterly leasing results * Perform diligent and detailed review of various reporting materials for clerical accuracy, grammar, formatting and consistency of information across various reporting materials * Utilizing the organization's enterprise reporting software, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC), in support of above efforts * Provide other support on recurring or ad hoc projects as needed Skills/Experience * Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or business administration required * Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required * 3-5 years of relevant financial reporting experience within the real estate industry strongly preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple active deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities * Experience with SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC) or similar ERP systems is a plus * Ability to clearly convey technical information orally and in written correspondence, reports and presentations * Organized and thoughtful with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product * Ability to efficiently coordinate the flow of data from multiple sources and aggregate into a combined financial reporting platform, while maintaining an understanding of the data 'point of entry' and subsequent flow to multiple locations in multiple reports We require all new hires to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to their first date of employment unless they are eligible for an approved medical or religious exemption in accordance with the law.
