For more information, visit www.bill.com or follow @billcom.Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:* Strong business acumen and experience across a broad spectrum of Human Resources disciplines which may include leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, change management, coaching and employee relations.* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, reflecting a desire and ability to connect with employees at all levels in the company in authentic and meaningful ways.* Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and present thoughts clearly and concisely to senior leaders.* Proven track record initiating and driving programs that move the organizational needle and are identified as a value add to the organization by key stakeholders.* Proven track record successfully working across complex, high growth organizations and with a myriad of business partners.* Understanding of HR analytics - with the ability to interpret people/talent data and translate into actionable insights.* Experience with HR systems & tools.* Ability to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions which positively impact results.* Experience designing organizational structures to support business strategy.* Highly collaborative style.* Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and ability to independently lead.* Ability to coach and advise employees at many levels to help them grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.* Willingness to 'roll-up your sleeves' and juggle both day-to-day tactical situations along with longer term strategic programs.* Passion for building and supporting a diverse and engaged workforce.* BS/MS desired in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology or related discipline. MBA is a plus* 12+ years of HR or related experience.Expected Outcomes in 6-12 months:* Develop into a trusted business partner to multiple leaders across the Company.* Deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and people managers.* Coach clients on multiple HR related topics including: org design, performance management, career development, employee relations, etc.* Lead company-wide talent management programs.* Understand training/development needs and partner with our Learning & Development team to provide appropriate training opportunities to client groups.* Execute on the annual and mid-year talent review process.* Manage and resolve employee relations situations.* Proactively identify and drive improvements to organizational effectiveness.* Partner with our HR team to accelerate adoption of HR solutions to drive transformational change, build leadership capability and drive engagement.* Drive improvements in key employee performance metrics.Competencies (Attributes needed to be successful in this role):* Functional Expertise - Solid HR/ People team experience in various business environments* Influence - Adeptly influences individuals across all levels of the organization - strong emotional intelligence* Communication - Clearly communicates to all levels in the organization including senior and executive leaders* Program Leadership - Ability to design, lead and execute company-wide strategic HR programs* Adaptability - Thrives in constant change and evolution of the workplace and workforce* Values - Alignment and modeling of Company values* Learning Abilities/Tech Savvy - Resilient and open to learning and capability to apply the learning real time.
