Job Description Summary You will be part of a team involved with causing a revolution with our branch evolution efforts. Planning and initiating transformation projects. This role will be responsible for managing our roadmap, multi-workstream transformation efforts required to evolve our organization. You are incredibly organized, able to get deep into project content as needed, and can connect the dots between workstreams. An ideal candidate has a background planning and leading complex transformation projects in a fast-paced environment. The ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders, coach and facilitate progress are essential in this role. We are a lean team, so your work will range from big thinking to digging into the details. This role is responsible for advocating for our employees and customers. Essential Job Function * Leading complex medium to large projects in a collaborative and fast paced environment, including defining project workflows, managing resources, prioritizing responsibilities and tasks in order to deliver quality and timely results. * Facilitate cross-functional coordination across project plans, lead work stream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups. Track updated accomplishments, KPIs, key issues and/or change controls, establish and lead working group meetings. Create weekly project status and executive reporting. * Proactively engaging with stakeholders to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations. * Anticipating customer/employee needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance experience. * Proactively gather data from various sources and analyze it to develop KPIs aligned with projects outlined in roadmap. Recommend measures/metrics to monitor aligned with tactical plan execution/implementation and track measured progress. Assisting in financial administration of value assessment and tracking. * Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation. * Distill strategic intent into structured roadmap that is compelling and achievable. * Effectively convey your ideas through clear communication, whether in team discussions, presentations, documents to garner support for projects. * Act as a coach and internal consultant across multiple projects. * Adapt to new opportunities and challenges as the business evolves. #LI-JM1 Education Bachelor's Degree Required Experience * Experience leading and understanding large, complex transformation projects * Experience with agile methodologies * Program management experience tracking projects from start to finish * Requires 10 years of relevant experience Skills * Strong interpersonal and influence skills * Strong active listening skills to gain understanding of key employee, customer and market needs * Experience with incorporating Voice of the Customer 'VOC' into projects and processes * Demonstrated facilitation skills * Highly organized, ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Able to navigate a complex organization to get the answer you need through perseverance and personal initiative, drive and conviction * Passionate advocate for the customer and a champion for change, willing to challenge the status quo and push a team and the company beyond its comfort zone through compelling data, constant communication, and aptitude for building bridges across functions in the face of resistance Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Bank of the West is an Equal Opportunity employer and proud to provide equal employment opportunity to all job seekers without regard to any status protected by applicable law.
