Project Integration Manager I

Job Description The Project Integration Manager I at Los Angeles AFB, CA supporting the US Space Force (USSF) Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Launch Enterprise Directorate (SMC/ECL) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Contract oversees and manages the technical project(s) and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Experience in space/launch systems engineering and integration. Possess demonstrated ability to actively participate in cross-functional planning for mission integration and development of mission integration plans. Have the ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to the customer and coordinate with numerous stakeholders/customers from DoD agencies to commercial industry. Participation in USSF mission dress rehearsals and experience with DoD or USSF space system console operations is important. Experience in assisting Government personnel with mission assurance and fleet surveillance duties in accordance with the 30 OG's Mission Assurance and Launch Verification processes.

Liaison - Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Experience: Minimum: 5-years experience for Bachelors
Proposed: 7-years experience for Bachelors, 5-years experience for Masters
