Key Responsibilities Support CVP and senior staff * Uses extensive knowledge of the Executive's priorities and business practices to routinely and directly respond to daily issues/requests as authorized. * Maintains individual calendars (electronic) and with little Executive input schedules/re-schedules appointments and meetings, using knowledge and judgment of the Executives priorities and business practices/procedures. * Coordinates agenda for weekly executive staff meetings, attend staff meeting as necessary, and monthly report submissions. * Coordinates group events (FTF meetings, onsite group meetings), as necessary. * Support travel arrangements and expense reports for VP and his staff * Frequently, executes special research or continuous research and data analysis tasks and prepares reports/recommendations. Develops department procedures and documentation, as necessary * Supports a global group with key staff members located in Asia regions. * Helps prepare presentation material using appropriate software. Functional Knowledge * Has developed proficiency in a range of analytical processes/procedures to carry out assigned tasks * Has expertise in Microsoft TEAMS, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft O365, SAP, SAP SRM, Calendar management, Project Planning, CONCUR/Travel Management. * Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives * Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent * Impact: Impacts the effectiveness of own team and closely related teams * Interpersonal Skills: Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others Qualifications * Education: High School Diploma/GED or Bachelors Degree; * Experience: 10+ years * Skills: expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft O365, SAP, SAP SRM, Calendar management, Project Planning, CONCUR/Travel Management. * Location: Santa Clara onsite * Travel: No * Relocation Eligible: No #LI Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Skills Certifications: Languages: Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years Work Experience: Additional Information Travel: No Relocation Eligible: No Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
