As the Assistant Cafe Manager, you would oversee scheduling, product quality, product inventory, ordering, employee development, and maintaining Alfred code work practices. Here at Alfred, your team looks up to you as a role model and source of all things Alfred related! We want to hire someone who is speedy and efficient, a cultivator of positive relationships, and purveyor of practicing constructive counsel by treating every employee with respect. You would be expected to anticipate guests needs, promote team unity, and ensure your store is staffed properly to avoid heavy workload. In addition to your daily manager duties, you also are expected to fulfill a role as a barista.
2-3 years of previous cafe management experience*
