The Opportunity As a core member of the Corporate Communications team, you will be chartered with telling Adobe's innovation story externally, which includes a mix of external PR, social media and executive communications. In this hybrid role, you will join a team of strong communications professionals and work across the business, global marketing and CTO/CIO organizations. This role will report to the Director of Communications. What You'll Do * Advance and amplify Adobe's thought leadership around the future of creativity, digital experiences, and AI through media opportunities, speaking engagements, bylines, and customer and employee engagements * Drive fresh approaches to events and other inflection points throughout the year to advance Adobe's innovation narrative with tech futures previews, initiatives and thought leadership * Maintain and expand media relationships with core tech, business and broadcast/podcast media * Build and lead a comprehensive, proactive executive communications strategy for Adobe's CIO to engage key audiences, elevate Adobe's leadership and IT momentum internally and externally * Serve as thought partner on strategy and execution of initiatives driven by the CIO, innovators and tech leadership (including targeted internal activities, i.e. quarterly all hands meetings) * Work closely with Brand, Social Media, Talent Marketing, Events, Studio teams and other functions across the organization to amplify innovation content and programs * Support paid media strategy and partnerships owned by the Communication team and in collaboration with key innovators * Keep a pulse on the tech futures and digital experiences industry landscape to understand emerging trends, issues and their impact to Adobe's corporate reputation, business and ecosystem What you need to succeed * BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field * Experience in executive communications and strong executive presence * Strong writing, editing, storytelling skills with ability to simplify and express thought leadership narratives across technology, business and consumer audiences * Strong ability to collaborate in a highly matrix environment with executives, engineers, colleagues, agency partners alike * Track record of successful communications experience in exec comms, PR, social media; preference for experience in the software/technology industry * Strong project management skills and attention to detail * Understanding of multimedia, visual storytelling and modern communications platforms * Self-starter and highly collaborative * Consistent record prioritizing the biggest bets in a dynamic environment
