The platform is commonly used to identify energy savings and to provide information to optimize resource consumption.The person in this role will play a crucial and highly strategic role in seizing market share in an exciting and ascendant space, overseeing and executing demand generation across the portfolio of brands. The role will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing, and can either be stationed at our Oakland, CA headquarters at Jack London Square, or remotely. Employees in the Oakland office are working remotely for the time being amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.How you will contribute:* Devise, execute, and measure an end-to-end demand generation strategy, with programs aligned to business goals across several key verticals (retail, aviation, higher education, corporate campuses, and others) for the three Atrius Enterprise Solutions offering brands, taking ownership of pipeline generation.* Develop a deep and nuanced understanding of customers, products and the buyer journey across the verticals and brands.* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue new tactics to engage prospects and generate opportunities.* Work closely with sales development to carry out outbound campaigns and in-bound sequences.* Own measurement and reporting on marketing activities, applying lenses for both traditional demand generation metrics and account-based marketing.* Develop and carry out a strategic plan for events marketing, including industry conferences and events in local markets.* Contribute to and collaborate on content creation, e.g. blog posts, webinars, ebooks, case studies and whitepapers.Qualified Applicants will have:* 8+ years experience in a demand generation role or similar B2B marketing function* Analytical and results-oriented mindset* Sharp writing skills* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Experience with major marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua.* Experience managing events involving B2B buyers* Familiarity with account-based marketing principles and best practices* Willing to travel up to 25% of the time* Marketing operations knowledge, especially experience in Salesforce Pardot, Full Circle, and/or CaliberMind* Knowledge of and/or experience in building management and corporate real estate spaces* Bachelors degree or equivalent experienceWe invite you to apply today to join us as We Light the Way to a Brilliant, Productive, and Connected World!Please utilize the internal career site to apply if you are a current employee at Acuity Brands.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
