Overview Access Brand Communications is currently looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our growing team. Ideally this candidate is based in Pacific Time Zone. We're open to candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area or fully remote. If you're enthusiastic about working with interesting tech clients, have experience with social media, and you enjoy being a part of a dynamic account management team, we would love to see your resume if you have the following qualifications: About the job * Create social media content and manage content calendars * Manage and create written materials including status reports, client correspondence * Create and maintain media lists; conduct media searches/inquiries, assist with media outreach * Prepare monthly activity reports and conference/meeting status reports for circulation to team members * Daily media monitoring, summarizing and analysis * Event logistic support including vendor management, set-up, attendance tracking * Maintain team/client files, including client/prospect mailing lists, contact sheets and relevant trade publications * Coordinate product shipment to media and influencers Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred * 1-2 years experience which can include previous internship experience in a public relations agency or a similar position * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment * Ideal qualifications include creating and managing social media content About Us From bits to bites to beauty, Access Brand Communications uncomplicates the complicated innovations that power consumer experience.
